HEALTHY FOR A LIFETIME
Healthy for a Lifetime offers everyone, regardless of age, family history, or current health status, the opportunity to:
  • Learn from expert physicians and researchers how it's possible to not only prevent and treat, but actually reverse conditions such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and arthritis without drugs or surgery
  • Understand how the impact of multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, type 1 diabetes, and other autoimmune conditions can be significantly reduced
  • Realize that the risk of cancer and dementia can be decreased
  • Hear from actual former patients who were able to reduce and eliminate medications, lose weight, feel more energetic, and reverse serious health conditions simply by using food as medicine
  • View a demonstration showing how to easily incorporate the whole food plant based nutrition responsible for these remarkable health outcomes into daily life 
  • Enjoy delicious meals featuring a variety of plant-based foods satisfying any taste​


Schedule

Day Program: 9am - 5pm
  • Overview of whole food plant-based nutrition by registered dietitian Angelina Stovall-Amos
  • Presentations by physicians Milton Mills, Elizabeth Swenor, Koushik Reddy, Micah Yu​
  • Presentation by plant-based athlete and bodybuilding champion Ella Magers
  • Personal story of disease reversal and health achievements by Shane Martin
  • Food and cooking demonstration by Melissa Sherlock and Shane Martin
  • Whole food plant-based plated lunch

Evening Program: 6:30pm - 8:30pm
  • Whole food plant-based buffet dinner
  • Presentation by Esther & Ben Loveridge, who reversed several chronic health conditions after adopting a plant-based diet in their 70s
  • Panel discussion with Drs. Mills, Swenor, Reddy, Yu and Ella Magers from the day program who will answer audience questions (your chance to ask the experts!) Moderated by the weight loss champion Chuck Carroll
