- Overview of whole food plant-based nutrition by registered dietitian Angelina Stovall-Amos
- Presentations by physicians Milton Mills, Elizabeth Swenor, Koushik Reddy, Micah Yu
- Presentation by plant-based athlete and bodybuilding champion Ella Magers
- Personal story of disease reversal and health achievements by Shane Martin
- Food and cooking demonstration by Melissa Sherlock and Shane Martin
- Whole food plant-based plated lunch
Evening Program: 6:30pm - 8:30pm
- Whole food plant-based buffet dinner
- Presentation by Esther & Ben Loveridge, who reversed several chronic health conditions after adopting a plant-based diet in their 70s
- Panel discussion with Drs. Mills, Swenor, Reddy, Yu and Ella Magers from the day program who will answer audience questions (your chance to ask the experts!) Moderated by the weight loss champion Chuck Carroll
